This website is operated by Alora Labs Pty Ltd trading as Alora Labs. References to Alora Labs, we, us, or our mean Alora Labs Pty Ltd.

These terms apply to website access, product information, ordering, payment, fulfilment, and customer support unless a written agreement signed by Alora Labs says otherwise.

All products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only and are not supplied for human, veterinary, therapeutic, cosmetic, supplement, wellness, or consumer use.

By ordering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to purchase the products, and purchasing for a legitimate research purpose in a lawful setting.

You warrant that all account, checkout, shipping, payment, and documentation information you provide is true, complete, and not misleading.

You warrant that you will not misuse, resell, advertise, relabel, repackage, supply, or represent any Alora Labs product for a prohibited purpose.

Submitting an order does not require Alora Labs to accept or fulfil that order. Orders remain subject to stock availability, payment verification, risk review, and compliance checks.

We may refuse, cancel, hold, or limit any order where payment cannot be verified, details appear inaccurate, stock is unavailable, fulfilment is not practical, or we reasonably suspect unlawful, unsafe, or non-research use.

Orders are paid by manual PayID or bank transfer. You must use the order number as the payment reference so payment can be matched to your order.

Uploading a receipt does not mean payment is verified. Orders will not progress until Alora Labs confirms funds have been received and matched to the correct order.

Prices, stock availability, product descriptions, concentrations, and images may change without notice. We may correct obvious errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Product information is provided for research identification and handling context only. It must not be treated as clinical, medical, veterinary, dosage, therapeutic, or safety advice for administration.

We currently fulfil orders to Australian addresses only unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control.

Where tracking is provided, customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and ensuring the delivery address is secure and suitable for receiving research materials.

Because products are research compounds requiring controlled handling, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns of opened, used, compromised, or temperature-sensitive items.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If a non-excludable right applies, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.

The Alora Labs name, visual identity, website design, copy, product photography, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Alora Labs.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alora Labs is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss, including loss caused by misuse, unlawful handling, unauthorised resale, incorrect storage, or use outside the stated research-only purpose.

You agree to indemnify Alora Labs for loss, claims, regulatory action, cost, or liability arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, product misuse, or misrepresentation of our products.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order unless a later version is required by law.

If a part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
