Are these products medicines?
No. Alora Labs products are research compounds and are not supplied as pharmaceutical medicines, supplements, or therapeutic goods.

What documentation is available?
Batch documentation and CoA records are organised for review where available. Documentation requests can be included during the order process.
Why are compounds lyophilised?
Lyophilisation supports stability for laboratory handling and storage by removing water from the compound under controlled conditions.
How should products be stored?
Unopened lyophilised compounds should be kept cold according to the handling notes supplied with the product and protected from heat and direct light.
Orders & Fulfilment
How does payment work?
Orders are completed by PayID bank transfer. Use the supplied order reference so payment can be matched to the correct order.
How long does verification take?
Payment verification is handled during business hours. Once verified, the order progresses to packing and dispatch.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Alora Labs supports domestic Australian fulfilment with tracked dispatch when available.
